Order Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

Lush Looks Boutique takes pride in ensuring that all of our customers receive their orders in a timely fashion. We aim for the highest level of customer service and are willing to go the extra mile to help in any way possible.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Standard shipping averages between 5-7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be available for you. You may track your order using usps.com.

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly. If for any reason you enter the wrong shipping address you must contact us via email as soon as possible. We will try our best to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will not assume responsibility for any packages that aren’t delivered.

  • No refund will be provided to customers who have entered in their address incorrectly, packages that state to be delivered but haven’t been received, etc.
  • We do however encourage you to contact your local post office and notify them of any errors immediately so that they may be able to resolve your issue. If your order has not been received 7-10 business days after the confirmed shipment date then please contact us and we will be happy to try and help locate your package.

PICKUP POLICY

Customers local to the Roanoke, Virginia area qualify for free local order pickup. Pickup times are Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45-7:45 PM and 12-5 PM on Saturdays. All orders are picked up from 2318 Orange Avenue NE. 

To choose local order pickup, choose the 'Pickup' option during checkout. After your order is confirmed, please reach out to lushlooksb2020@gmail.com to schedule your pickup time. 

RETURN POLICY

We are currently not accepting any returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

If you received a damaged order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to make a claim. If your claim is approved, then you will be eligible for store credit only. No refunds.
